Magpies is run by George Hudson and the team play in a BE Mixed Triple League usually on a Friday evening. The league is the Sudbury Mixed Triple League and the team consists of three rinks of 3 wood triples. Each rink must have at least one man and one lady playing. The team only plays the opponents once either at home or away; on the following year the home and away fixtures are swapped.
